Blair is a results-driven senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in a variety of roles across both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Having served as executive general manager and now chief executive officer with ClearSky Allied Health over the last two years, Blair brings a strong, broad-based set of management skills and a proven track record in organisation growth and change management. Blair holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and is currently completing a Master’s in Business Administration with the University of Queensland.

Blair has overseen the extraordinary growth and transformation of ClearSky Allied Health during his tenure, including the over tripling of staff size, the expansion into Medicare, private insurance, and DVA clientele, the establishment of services in New South Wales and Victoria, and the opening of three satellite offices across Southeast Queensland to better serve local community needs.
