With over a decade in the community sector, Erica’s journey began in 2013, shaped by experience as a family carer supporting a loved one through a life-limiting diagnosis. This experience has enabled Erica’s deep empathy and insight into navigating support systems, carer burnout and the significant impact these can have with families.

Erica has held diverse roles across management and leadership, always guided by integrity and compassion.
