Based in our Toowoomba Hub, Gerard has been practicing occupational therapy since 2016. He was born and educated in the Philippines and migrated to Australia in 2022 – where he’s had the opportunity to work across Queensland and New South Wales, primarily with paediatrics and adolescents.

Gerard’s approach to therapy involves the utilisation of relevant evidence-based practices while incorporating fun and engaging activities to narrow the gap between therapy and play/leisure.

Having served as the president of several OT organisations in the Philippines, Gerard prioritises planning and execution throughout his work but also understands every individual’s preferred method of communication and motivation to complete things in a timely manner.
