Based in Melbourne, Toni is a proficient level practitioner who has worked in the NDIS since 2019 and holds a Bachelor’s of Social Work from James Cook University. Starting in an intensive Community-Based Rehabilitation Service as the sole Social Worker, then moving into training Support Workers in Person-Centred Active Support and Maybo Non-Restrictive Physical Intervention Skills before moving into the space of Behaviour Support.

Toni completed her student placements with Child Safety (Kinship and Foster Care), and Gambling Help Counselling respectively. Toni now has a diverse range of knowledge and experiences that assist her in developing behaviour support plans, designing interventions, and building capacity for participants of all ages and backgrounds.
