Principal Clinician, Behaviour Support
Phoebe is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who is a qualified Social Worker and holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science. Phoebe has been working within the NDIS sector for over 8 years and has experience as a Team Leader, Specialist Support Coordinator and working within the Exceptionally Complex Support Needs program. Phoebe has experience working with people of all ages and with varying diagnoses, with experience in complex mental health, across both hospital and forensic settings, working alongside children and young people and their families as well people experiencing domestic violence and homelessness.
Phoebe’s framework is guided by person-centred and strengths-based principles, recognising that building meaningful connections is the foundation to supporting participants achieve positive outcomes.
