Positive Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support delivered by registered practitioners, focused on understanding behaviour, addressing underlying needs, and supporting meaningful change. ClearSky works with individuals, families, and support teams to develop evidence‑based plans.

Focused on support, not billable extras

ClearSky Allied Health does not charge travel time for new Positive Behaviour Support referrals. This approach is designed to ensure that available funding is directed toward assessment, planning, and therapeutic support rather than ancillary costs.

Services are delivered in the participant’s usual environments where appropriate, and travel is still provided as part of service delivery. This policy reflects ClearSky’s commitment to transparent billing practices and maximising the value of funded supports.

ClearSky Allied Health is a registered NDIS provider, delivering Positive Behaviour Support through qualified practitioners and in line with NDIS requirements.

Positive Behaviour Support tailored to individual needs

ClearSky delivers Positive Behaviour Support using an evidence‑based, person‑centred approach that recognises behaviour as meaningful communication. Our registered practitioners work to understand the underlying factors influencing behaviour and develop practical strategies that support safety, participation, and quality of life.

Support is delivered collaboratively, with consideration of the individual’s environment, relationships, and support network, and is documented through structured behaviour support plans that can be applied consistently across settings.

By working closely with you and your support network – family, school, support workers, and care teams – to help reduce stress, foster clearer communication, and build stronger relationships.

Positive Behaviour Support Services are delivered across Brisbane, Melbourne, Logan, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, and surrounding regions, with telehealth available where appropriate.

Positive Behaviour Support for adults, teens and children

ClearSky provides Positive Behaviour Support for children, teens, and adults, with services adapted to the individual’s age, environment, and support context. Support is delivered collaboratively, involving families, carers, education settings, workplaces, and broader support networks where appropriate.

For children, Positive Behaviour Support focuses on understanding developmental needs, communication, and environmental factors, with strategies designed to support safety, learning, and participation in daily routines across home and school settings.

For teens and adults, behaviour support is directed toward promoting safety, participation, and skill development across home, work, and community environments. Strategies are designed to be practical, respectful, and sustainable, and to support consistency across the people and settings involved.
